DESCRIPTION:
Fleshy, succulent green foliage on a central stem that will develop into a thick, central trunk

CULTIVATION:
More sun and less water will lead to a successful planting; overwatering is fatal; well-drained soil is imperative; fertilize twice a year; will develop pink or white flowers

PROPAGATION:
Cuttings will root in soil if allowed to callous

COMMENTS:
Withhold water when the days get short to encourage flowering; dislikes being moved
