Water moderately; fertilize monthly; bright indirect light; shade from hot afternoon sun

PROPAGATION:
Root semi-ripe cuttings

COMMENTS:
Gained popularity in the Victoria era; Heliotrope was laid in the coffin of Emily Dickinson
