Annual Memberships
Members get to experience our tropical conservatory year ‘round!
- Members receive FREE Admission to Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory for 365 days
- Members can walk-in, guaranteed! Annual Members are not required to reserve tickets in advance – all members are welcome & guaranteed entry upon arrival during operating hours.
Visitors with a Disability
Tickets for visitors with a disability and/or attendants accompanying visitors with a disability must be purchased over the phone at 519-653-1234 ext. 100 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is wheelchair friendly. We accept the PAL Card, the Access 2 Card as well as the CNIB Card.

Send a digital gift card to your loved one & include a written or video message. E-gift cards can be sent immediately upon purchase or scheduled for your gift recipient’s special day.
How to redeem an E-Gift Card:
To redeem a Gift Card online, select “Redeem gift card” at checkout & simply enter your gift card number. This gift card number is found in the top right hand side of your gift card email, or on the back of your physical gift card. All visitors must select a time for entry as walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Promo Passes & Pre-Purchased Tickets
All visitors must have a timed entry ticket and walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
If you have tickets issued prior to 2020, a 3rd party provider, or received promo tickets through a radio station or any other promotion, please call 519-653-1234 ext. 100 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to reserve your timed entry ticket.
