DESCRIPTION:
6 ft. upright, woody-based perennial with thick, leathery leaves to 12″ varying in colours of red, orange, yellow and green.

CULTIVATION:
Prune if leggy; Water moderately; fertilize monthly; prefers humidity; part to full sun; (full sun may bleach the leaves)

PROPAGATION:
Root softwood cuttings; air layering

COMMENTS:
Sap is toxic and may cause skin eczema; used in herbal medicine to treat gastric ulcers; formerly under the genus Euphorbiaceae
