Guide/Scout Week 2021
Please note: due to the on-going public health situation surround COVID-19 the Guide/Scout Week events are tentative

This program is all indoors and will include time in the tropical Conservatory and a craft and snack.
If you can’t make it to Guide-Scout Week in February, consider joining us for a Badge program on a Saturday or Sunday throughout the year! We offer exceptional hands-on badge programs for Sparks/Beavers, Brownies/Cubs, Guides/Scouts and Pathfinders.

Children: $8.85 plus HST
Adults/Leaders: One adult is admitted free for every 5 participating children. Additional adults are admitted at a discounted rate of $5.00, plus HST.
Add a Morpho Butterfly Crest: $3.50 each, plus HST
Annual passes are not valid for this event.
Our program includes:
- Exploration of the tropical rainforest at night!
- Hands-on activities

Adult supervisors are admitted free based on a recommended 1:5 supervision ratio.
Any additional adults will be admitted at a discounted rate of $5.00 + HST. Please collect additional adults’ admission prior to your visit.
Please have the children know their Group Name (ie. 4th Cambridge Brownies) so that staff can help them find their group easily upon arrival.
The cost per child is $8.85 plus HST. A minimum booking of 12 children, or the dollar equivalent, is required.
Payment is due on the day of your visit. A register receipt will be issued.
A $20.00 administration fee to be added to groups who do not pay on the day of their visit and need/wish to be invoiced.
Arrival and Departure Times
To ensure your group receives the best possible experience, please arrive as close to your scheduled arrival time as possible.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to visit. Cancellations without written notice of at least 7 business days will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum ($120.00) per nature interpreter assigned to your group. Inclement weather is exempt.
Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory reserves the right to cancel a program if a minimum number of participants is not met. If the minimum is not met, we will contact your group no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory also reserves the right to cancel a program in the event of inclement weather. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible once this decision is made. Groups will have the option to reschedule their visit to the alternate date of Wednesday, March 4.
A snack is provided during your visit. Please let us know if any children in your group have a food allergy. We cannot guarantee a nut-free facility.
