Growing to 15 ft. at maturity with entire, alternate, 6 – 8” oblong light green foliage; white or yellow orchid-like blooms 10 months of the year
CULTIVATION:
Water moderately; fertilize monthly; part shade
PROPAGATION:
Vegetative; grafting or air layering
COMMENTS:
Blooms are used in the manufacturing of “Joy” perfume, reputedly the most expensive perfume in the world; also the city flower of Shanghai
