WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- Last admission is sold at 4:00 p.m. Facility closes at 5:00 p.m.
- Timed tickets are required for all general admission visitors.
- Timed-Entry: Timed ticket holders must arrive within the 30-minute entry window indicated on their ticket.
- Walk-Ins: All available tickets are visible online; in real-time. When online tickets are sold out, walk-ins will be denied entry.
- Annual Members do not need to reserve tickets in advance. Become a Member now!
- Tickets must be reserved for Children 2 & under (FREE)
- Timed Tickets are non-refundable. If required, tickets may be transferred before the entry time on the ticket. See all Terms & Conditions.

Chrysalis Café
Open Tuesday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Chrysalis Café serves a variety of casual lunch and snack options, including soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, baked goods, and hot and cold beverages. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. Guests can enjoy their meals in our indoor dining area or on our seasonal outdoor patio.
*Please note, the Café closes early on selected dates to accommodate private functions, especially on weekends. See special hours here.

Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all our visitors.
We accept the PAL Card, the Access 2 Card as well as the CNIB Card. Discounted tickets for visitors with differing abilities and/or support workers accompanying visitors with differing abilities must be purchased over the phone at 519-653-1234 ext. 100 between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Wheelchairs
All of our indoor public-facing areas are wheelchair accessible, as well as our outdoor front butterfly garden.
Cambridge Butterfly has one manual wheelchair available for visitor use. If you require the use of our wheelchair, please call ahead to reserve 519-653-1234 x 100.
Parking
Visitors with disabilities can be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance. Accessible parking spaces are available. Parking is FREE.
