Treat your Valentine to a truly special evening in Paradise! Take a romantic stroll through the tropical gardens & then savour a gourmet four course dinner.
Tickets: $100 +HST per person, includes $15 admission to the Conservatory.
Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
Sliced French bread and artisan bakery rolls, olive oil and balsamic
Course 1: Shared charcuterie board
Course 2: Creamy cauliflower soup served with heart shaped croutons
Merlot braised beef short rib served with mashed potatoes, carrot & sweet potato puree and a lovers knot of green beans
Spiced pork tenderloin with cherry thyme sauce, herbed rice timbale (dried cherry), carrot & sweet potato puree and a lovers knot of green beans
Prosciutto wrapped boursin & mozzarella stuffed chicken breast in white wine sauce, herbed pommes Anna, carrot & sweet potato puree and a lovers knot of green beans
Quinoa stuffed roast portabella mushroom, roasted red pepper coulis, rice timbale, with carrot puree and green beans (vegan)
Course 4: A shared plate of desserts: mini tiramisu, chocolate dipped strawberries, and mini orange almond cake with an orange syrup drizzle
